    Your clients simply present the EzRx Prescription Card at one of over 50,000 network pharmacies located conveniently in neighborhoods throughout the U.S. The card represents payment for any ordinary prescription expenses related to the injury. Starting a client on the program is as easy as:

  • A signed assignment of benefits and letter of protection
  • A completed enrollment form
    • Once we have acknowledged receipt of both documents, we will contact your client and immediately forward their Card and information to them.
